JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for planning, developing, managing and implementing company programs. Ensures project plans and schedules are followed, develops solutions to program challenges, and working with multiple departments for successful completion of project on time and on budget.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Increase agent productivity and efficiency through technology programs
- Work with technology to create and enhance customized solutions
- Work with sales, marketing and agents to gather and document requirements, develop solutions, test and ensure a successful rollout and implementation
- Develop short and long term goals and strategies for programs to provide Prudential agents with a competitive advantage
- Ensure sales and coach adoption of corporate technology initiatives and programs, including CRM and
mobile strategy
- Provide sales knowledge and expertise to projects

Mental, Physical, and Communication Demands:
Requires working under minimal supervision to meet daily deadlines; must be able to solve complex issues and exercise discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues. Requires attention to detail and accuracy. Requires prolonged sitting and computer work with occasional lifting and moving boxes. Requires effective communication with people at all levels of the organization and outside vendors. Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude. Requires the ability to deal with constant requests for assistance with patience and tolerance. May require travel to vendors.
Other Duties:
May attend meetings off site.
Job Requirements
Education/Experience required:
- Undergraduate degree required
- 5 plus years of experience in a technology development organization
- 2 years in real estate sales with solid understanding of real estate sales processes and practices
- Experience in project management and business requirements gathering and documentation
- Expert user in mobile technologies and well read in new technologies with ability to develop solutions and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, communicates effectively & appropriately, understands the nuances of his/her audience
- Ability to work on multiple projects and tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment and able to effectively prioritize
- Strong presentation skills and able to persuade or sell ideas to others
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
