As an Outside Sales Consultant/Associate, you must be highly motivated and competitive, with a strong work ethic and exceptional customer-service skills. It is also important that you are an excellent communicator with the ability to be articulate, creative and compelling in your interactions with customers.

Job Requirements

Specific qualifications for the Outside Sales Consultant/Associate position include:

 

•  Entry Level or 1-2 years of Business to Business sales experience.
•  A proven track record of developing and closing new customers.
• Experience in a customer-service role (retail, server, etc.) a plus
• Sales internship experience, a plus
• Excellent persuasion skills
• Strong negotiation abilities
• Ability to learn quickly
• Strong time-management and multitasking skills
• Basic to intermediate MS Office skills (particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of car insurance
• Ability to pass a background check
