Calling ALL TRANSPORTATION TRAINERS!  If you enjoy providing safety education training in both areas of health/driver safety practices to all drivers/aides, and subsidiaries of Roberts Hawaii, Inc. then a position as a Trainer is the job for you! Roberts Hawaii is actively seeking trainers at our Oahu, Maui and Big Island-Hilo locations. Trainers are responsible for instructing trainees for the proper procedures for pre-trip instructions, driving techniques, etc. per DOT Standards in order for them to qualify and obtain a Commercial Driver’s License-Class B with Passenger Endorsement. Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum age of 21 years old
• Must have a current driver’s license  
  • Type 3 license
  • CDL A or B with P and/or S endorsements is preferred (depending on level of Trainer)
• Working knowledge of island history, streets, locations of hotels
• Must be able to work a flexible shift
• Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, etc.
• Able to speak effectively before groups of people
