NGEN Network Service Delivery Rep Senior (Performance Management) Direct Labor at Pearl Harbor

Network Operations & Security Center (NOSC) Local Area Network (LAN), Base Area Network (BAN), Wide Area Network (WAN), and Remote Access Services (RAS) Performance Management. Ten or more (10+) years of experience in network and transport service management, with project management and customer service training or experience. Plans, manages and supervises LAN/BAN/WAN performance monitoring, assessment, and metric development. Mentors subordinates in developing knowledge of and skill with Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) layers 2 through 4, and of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) performance and availability management. Supervises and manages network performance monitoring and assessment tools and processes. Evaluates new or expanded capabilities with respect to network performance impact. Designs and supervises implementation of new performance monitoring and management tools and processes. Develops and manages implementation of network performance improvement processes. Develops recommendations for improving network performance. Leads the planning and execution of special projects.
