Large non-profit is seeking an executive to join a rapidly growing team in a progressive healthcare organization.

 

Job Description:

The Director of Operations is a newly created position that requires strong people management skills and the capability to succeed in a fast, ever changing environment.  The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management. This position requires the ability to deal with organizational change management on a high level.

Job Requirements

 

• Demonstrated experience in a Director role or equivalent
• Staff management experience required, preferably with 5 or more direct reports
• Must have results driven track record
• Experience managing multiple complex projects
• Experience using metrics and dashboards
• Strong communication skills
• Strong reporting experience
• Detail oriented and ability to multi-task
• IT knowledge a PLUS
• Non-profit knowledge a PLUS
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college,  advanced degree preferred
