Job Description
CALIBRE, an employee-owned Management and Technology Services Company is looking for a Rotational Scenario Developer providing support to the Joint Pacific Multinational Readiness Capability (JPMRC) Operations Group (OPSGRP) planning cell for US Army Pacific (USARPAC). The Rotational Scenario Developer will perform the duties as part of the JPMRC OPSGRP during the Phase I implementation, which includes the First Unit Assessment (FUA) and the Initial Operational Capability (IOC).
In support of JPMRC OPSGRP, generate an exercise scenario or day-by-day schedule of events, rotational unit missions/training events, associated threat/OPFOR actions, and an overall rotational scenario narrative that supports the rotational unit commanders training objectives. Prepare written plans, operation orders, reports, briefings, etc. Up to 25% travel.
Note 1: This position is onsite at a Government facility on Oahu, Hawaii.
Note 2: This position requires a minimum Secret Security Clearance.

Desirables
Former/Retired US Army 03-05 Commissioned Officer and graduate of the Captains Career Course and/or Command and General Staff Officer College having served as an Assistant Intelligence / Operations Officer and/or as an Intelligence / Operations Officer for Battalion/Squadron or Brigade/Regiment.
Required ExperienceBachelors degree and three years of relevant experience within the past ten years at a Combat Training Center as a Rotational Scenario Developer. Demonstrated relevant experience (academic, work, or combination of both) in military operations/training and/or LVCG simulation combat development activities. Demonstrated familiarity with developing unit training plans at the battalion and/or brigade level to accomplish specified training objectives is required. Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in supporting the use of distributed simulations in support of Army and Joint LVCG training events, mission rehearsals, and experiments is desired. Demonstrated knowledge of Intelligence Preparation of the Operating Environment (IPOE) and ability to understand basic threat tactics, techniques, and procedures of existing and fictional threat groups, sufficient to communicate with subject matter experts at the brigade through division level is required.
