Position Type: Contract

Responsibilities:

Provides Level 1 contact support for all PC and telecom related issues and requests

Assist local and remote staff with the installation, configuration and ongoing usability of desktop/laptop computers, peripheral equipment and software

Monitors ticketing queue to insure customer requests are prioritized, diagnosed, and resolved in a timely, professional manner

Provides accurate and creative solutions to customer problems

Experience and Skills Required:

Must be customer-focused for all aspects of this job

Has the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience

Be a self starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision

Possess strong analytical and communications skills; be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task, and possess excellent follow-up skills

Must feel that they own the request or problem from beginning to completion

Excellent ability to resolve problems, be capable of thorough research, and able to develop alternatives and solutions
