Honolulu 3rd Party Administrator of Financial Products is seeking a dynamic Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for their Downtown office. Duties include performing administrative tasks for the entire office, ordering supplies, processing enrollment forms and applications, answering moderate phones, assist with projects, handling mail, filing and other general administrative tasks as needed.
Job Requirements
Requires a Bachelors Degree, previous office experience in Banking or Finance, familiarity with the Hawaii market, basic proficiency in MS Word and Excel, excellent phone/people/communication skills, business-minded and reliable. 401K administration experience or Series 6 license preferred.
