Classification: VP/Director of Finance

Compensation: $80,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year

Well-respected distribution company is seeking an achievement-oriented Director of Finance to join its Honolulu team. This is a leadership role with responsibility over a small accounting department. As the Director of Finance, you will be responsible for planning and directing all accounting operational functions, consolidating financial data for internal and external financial statements and evaluating the internal control systems. Tasks also include overseeing the budgetary process, tax requirements, and filings. Continued banking relationships will also need to be strategically managed. This company offers a very competitive and comprehensive compensation and benefits package. The ideal candidate for the Director of Finance role should have a Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting and 10+ years of related experience. Strong communication, analytical and management skills are required. Candidates with the Certified Public Accountant/CPA designation and/or a Masters are preferred.
